Most landfill sites do not accept latex paint in liquid form. Using all your paint is the best option, but an environmentally safe alternative is now available. Recommended Usage:
The Paint Hardener is recommended for the disposal of latex paint and any water-based product that would be safe in a landfill if it were not a liquid. It is also recommended for use on spills of latex and water-based liquids.

Application Procedures:
Add crystals to the waste or spilled paint/stain/ink. Approximately 1 cup of crystals will harden 1 gallon of paint (it may vary depending on the water content of the paint). One cup of water may be added to thick paint for ease of use. Stir or shake paint cans for about 2-3 minutes or until thick. Scrape spilled paint into a pile. Dispose of hardened paint in accordance with local regulations.

Proper safety procedures should be followed at all times while handling this product. Refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet for important health/safety information before use. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Do not ingest. Avoid handling product dust. Keep out of reach of children.
